CANCELLATION POLICY
A SAFE & INCLUSIVE SPACE FOR ALL GENDERS DEPOSIT & APPOINMENTS 👉🏻 A $50 DEPOSITS is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. 👉🏻 Please provide at least 12 HOURS notice to cancel or reschedule. 👉🏻 Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 HOURS, or no-shows, will be charged the full scheduled service amount. A new $50 DEPOSIT will be required to rebook. 👉🏻 A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may have their service downgraded or rescheduled. After 20 minutes, a 30% FEE may apply. 👉🏻 Please book all services in advance, including removal and design. 👉🏻 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NAIL ART 👉🏻 Send inspiration photos 2–3 days before your appointment. Exact recreations cannot be guaranteed. STUDIO 👉🏻 Extra guests are welcome by prior approval only due to limited space. HEALTH & SAFETY 👉🏻 We reserve the right to refuse service on nails with severe damage, infection, or open wounds. 👉🏻 Work from other salons may require removal before a new service. PAYMENT 👉🏻 We accept: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay,Tap to Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash. REPAIRS & REFUNDS 👉🏻 Refunds are not provided for design changes, personal reference, or normal wear. 👉🏻 If your gel/dip/acrylic/liquid gel/gel x extensions full set chips within 5-days of your service, please message us via Instagram @SMR.9 STUDIO to have it touched up at no cost.
